A must see when in Scandinavia!

Nowhere else you’re able to experience such a broad spectrum of how life looked like before in Sweden.

We visited with the family in August. Very fun and nice place. You can see many unique houses and buildings, as well as various characters and activity figures. Everything is authentic and realistic. You can also see many animals – both big and small. Some can be seen very close up! We definitely recommend visiting!

We visited Skansen on a beautiful sunny day! It's the largest open-air museum, and it's fascinating to see their 'village' which showcases how businesses operated in old-time Stockholm. There's a great lookout point offering views of the city, plus a decent-sized zoo where you can see Nordic animals and fishes in a small aquarium.

A very interesting experience, as a mix between an open air museum and zoo. Note there are animals in the open area that are included in the admission and the zoo within the park comes at an additional cost (which was worth seeing). Note it is quite hilly and outdoors, so check weather conditions prior!

This is the best place in Stockholm. It is very cheap for its experience. The view is breathtaking during autumn season. We saw a multitude of animals and the place is huge. You have to take a few hours but it s totally worthy.
