This bar was everything I was looking for. Nice cocktails and music. The girl in the bar with the green beautiful eyes was such a pleasure to meet. She was very kind and fun. I will come back to this place when I’m back in Stockholm!

Thank you Sven for your hospitality. Excellent Tiki drinks, I stayed longer than I planned. The bartenders were all pleasant and the decor is fantastic.

Going to this bar again for sure!! It was very amusing with great cocktails and music! The people working at the bar were excellent!! Especially the girl with the beautiful eyes was very kind and she made us the best cocktails ever!!!!!!I think her name is Rodi?? Thank you we will be back !!!!!!

I had one of the weirdest interactions with a batenser. I ordered two IPAs in Swedish, saying "två IPA" while pointing at the tap. She asked what I wanted again and I said “two IPA”. The bartender confirmed my order, and I paid 270 SEK. I even joked to my friends about how crazy Swedish prices can be. However, I was then served two cocktails instead.

At first, I thought it was no big deal and calmly explained that I had ordered IPAs, not cocktails. To my surprise, the bartender insisted, "No, this is exactly what you ordered. I even asked you again, and you confirmed this cocktail." I was confused but explained politely, "I'm sure I didn't order these, though I understand my German accent might be hard to understand. But I don't want these drinks and would prefer the IPAs."

She insisted I try the cocktail, so my partner took a sip, but he didn’t like it. We again asked for the IPAs, but she said she couldn’t take back the drink we had already sipped from. She then told us that it was a "huge effort" on their part and that we would have to come back the next day to get a refund. At this point, my friends, who had clearly heard me order the IPAs, stepped in to explain that this was unacceptable. The bartender became defensive and aggressive, making it impossible to resolve the situation amicably.

We eventually asked for the manager, who was unfriendly. While they finally gave us the IPAs, the entire experience left a bad taste. It felt as though we had seriously annoyed them when all we did was ask for the drinks we ordered.

Later, we tried to explain the situation again, and the manager seemed to understand. Still, the way we were treated was really disappointing. I’m always open to the fact that accents can cause misunderstandings, but being insistent that I ordered a drink I didn’t even know the name of felt rude and dismissive. For the record, I’ve never ordered a cocktail in my life, so this was a first in many ways.

Overall, the experience left me feeling frustrated, and I definitely didn’t feel valued as a customer.

Really friendly staff at this hidden bar! The restaurant upstairs looks a little quiet and 'boring'. But downstairs is a really nice atmosphere in the bar. Staff also speaks English very well.
Cocktails are really diverse and delicious! Make sure to go here when in Stockholm.
