I just wanted send a heartfelt thanks to everyone who left a review on our page. It’s very encouraging to be able to receive appreciation from all of you. This was an intensive year for all of us at the shop, and the one thing that made a difference was the warm and kind encounters we had with each of our visitors. We have a wonderful manager called Silvia and she does her best to keep us (the staff) motivated. And now it’s Christmas, and the year is almost gone. The best way to count our results is to really evaluate our how many people felt understood and helped when they came to our shop. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! The best gifts we can give each other are: hope, kindness and understanding. When we try, to make a difference in this little world of ours and we do our best, than the universe works in our favor.

We haven’t planned the trip nor booked anything.  Rodrigo was super helpful and patient with our many questions.  He looked for options, proposed solutions and recommended.  You can buy train tickets, ask questions.  They are super helpful.
