Waitress was not having a good day. Didn't greet us, didn't ask any questions. Just wasn't polite at all, we felt like we were a burden just sitting there. Nobody acknowledged us and we had to go out of our way to get menus. Waitress took our order without saying a single word, and never came back to ask if everything was okay. We wanted to order more drinks but she was simply ignoring us. Food is average at premium prices, as are the drinks. This place feels like it was once hip and happening but lost it's glory along the way. It sits right in the middle of the creative hub but you see almost no local people dining there.

This restaurant and deli was something extraordinary when they opened several years ago!
It seems like they need to "pull up their socks" a bit!
The service was ok food ok.
But you must deliver more if you are in that price range .
The hipsters have abandoned the place now its more tourists and child family's

Staff is great, the bar and restaurant vibe is also good but the food is only okay. We were a larger group and ordered several things and most of them left us wanting. The beef tartar and mussels were both under seasoned and not very exciting and the pastrami sandwich was pretty dry.

Great branch of urban deli at nytorget. Usually a great vibe in the evening and on a nice sunny day. Space is pretty big both inside and outside.

Went in at about 12:30 for a drink. The staff seemed a little stressed and we we waited to be seated. We were seated and told there were no hamburgers and then said we only wanted a drink. That meant moving, which is perfectly understandable but we were not shown to a new table. Wee found a seat and then waited and waited and waited for a drinks menu. Some more staff appeared but everyone seemed to be running around doing the same thing. Very poorly organised and no focus whatsoever on taking care of guests. No matter how short staffed you might be a simple hello, communication and a smile is all that is needed. We walked out without ordering after being there for about 30 minutes. Not a good experience.
