I was really surprised to read some of the reviews. I usually go to the one one Drottninggatan and I've not had any issues. The staff was polite and the service is very efficient.

I don't care about their expensive comissions or crazy rates if they will give you at least a decent service.
They are rude and inefficient, slow, and a bad reference for turists and visitors.
Not recommended.

They charge you a 14,95% Service Fee. I can't stress this enough: do NOT go here to exchange your money - go to Tavex instead. This is an absolute rip-off and they only pride themselves on fooling tourists.

Bad rates which is understandable for their flexible working hours. Plus%15 commission is robbery and not posted well enough. They clearly mislead me while changing money by insisting Sweden is expensive and similar commissions requested almost everywhere. Not a good welcome from Sweden.
