I had made a reservation for a table at this restaurant two months in advance for January 4th. The booking was confirmed, and I received an email as confirmation. On the day of my birthday, when we arrived, we found the restaurant closed. No one had informed us or canceled the reservation; we were just left standing in front of a closed place. This is disrespectful to customers and ruined our celebration.
