Paulina är superbra. Hon lyssnar in vad jag önskar och så kommer hon med förslag som passar mitt tunna hår. Hon klipper så att mitt tunna hår får volym.

Bokade tid hos Sara A för att fixa mitt hår som va väldigt grått och i dåligt skick pga en färgning och slingor utomlands! Vi pratade länge om hur vi skulle göra och eftersom jag hade väldigt mycket värme i håret och ville bli kallare så tog Sara A fram förslag och Sara A sa på en gång att jag kommer känna mig väldigt kall eftersom jag va varm och gick mot kall och ja sa att det va det jag ville , Efter att jag va klar tyckte jag att det va väldigt kallt men det va det jag hade önskat mig  men kände efter en vecka att jag inte alls tyckte om färgen kände mig väldigt kall och dassig vilket jag egentligen inte va utan det va för att jag inte va vann att va kall men trivdes inte alls i det !! Skickade Mail till sparkling moment och Sara A ringde mig och jag berättade att jag inte trivdes alls I färgen jag valt och fråga hur jag skulle göra!Hon sa på en gång att jag skulle komma på en fredag eftermiddag för att fixa lite värme I håret och jag kom på fredag och hon fixade det varmare precis som hon sa från början att jag kommer gå från varm till kall så det kommer bli lite skillnad så jag skulle ha lyssnat på henne från början!När jag skulle gå därifrån ville jag betala så klart eftersom hon gjorde ju färgen som jag ville från början men det va jag som inte trivdes i det sa hon absolut inte jag vill att du ska vara nöjd det är det viktigaste!!Alltså så proffsigt och kärlek till jobbet kan bara säga att Sara A hon sätter verkligen kunden i  fokus och släpper en inte först man är nöjd så proffsigt !vill verkligen rekommendera sparkling moment och Sara A bästa frisörsalongen i Sundbyberg och och Sara A den bästa frisör jag har haft någonsin som sätter kunden och håret i fokus!

Booked an appointment with Sara A to fix my hair which was very gray and in bad condition due to dyeing and curls abroad! We talked for a long time about what we should do and since I had a lot of heat in my hair and wanted to be cooler, Sara A made suggestions and Sara A said at once that I will feel very cold because I was warm and went towards cold and yes I said it was what I wanted, After I finished I thought it was very cold but it was what I had wanted but felt after a week that I didn't like the color at all I felt very cold and badass which I actually not but it was because I wasn't used to being cold but didn't enjoy it at all!! Sent Mail to sparkling moment and Sara A called me and I told her that I didn't like the color I chose and asked what I should do! She said at once that I should come on a Friday afternoon to fix some heat in my hair and i came on friday and she fixed it warmer just like she said from the beginning i will go from hot to cold so there will be a little difference so i should have listened to her from the beginning! when i was leaving i wanted to pay of course because she did the color that I wanted from the beginning but I was the one who didn't like it, she said absolutely not I want you to be satisfied that's the most important thing!! So professional and love for the job I can only say that Sara A she puts really the customer in focus and doesn't let go until you are satisfied so professionally! really want to recommend sparkling moment and Sara A the best hairdresser in Sundbyberg and and Sara A the best hairdresser I have ever had who puts the customer and the hair in focus!

Otroligt bra frisörsalong! Alltid lika nöjd när jag går hit. Mia som jag varit hos är helt otrolig på färg och den bästa frisören jag haft! :)

Jättebra på alla sätt och vis! Klippningen blev precis som jag ville. Jättetrevlig personal och ett suveränt kundbemötande. Enda anledningen att jag inte ger full pott är för det var ganska dyrt... Men värt det 🖒
