A hidden gem in Rosendal, Uppsala!

Foccacerian is hands down one of the best spots I’ve discovered lately. Tucked away in cozy little Rosendal, this place serves up absolutely delicious Italian focaccia sandwiches that are packed with flavour and made fresh with love.

The shop itself is small and super charming – perfect for a quiet bite. There’s seating both inside and out, which makes it great no matter the weather. On a sunny day, grabbing a sandwich and sitting outside feels like a mini escape to Italy!

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always smiling and happy to chat or recommend something new. You can tell they care about what they do.

Bonus points for their super cool and unusual soda options – definitely not your average drinks fridge! I tried a lemonade soda I’d never seen before, and it was amazing.

If you’re in Uppsala and love good food with a cozy vibe, do not miss this place. Foccacerian is a true local treasure.

Finally a place selling sandwiches with high quality fillings! The focaccia is also fluffy and light. A "half" was enough for me as lunch.

After trying some of their menu, it feels however as if the flavours are similar to eachother. Probably due to many overlapping ingredients.

A not to nice looking lounge set available next to the foodtruck. Not a nice place to sit at. There are however some of public seatings availble across the street that is better.

Amazing food, with fresh and tasty ingredients, 5/5! Highly recommend!

But be sure to take some time with you, since it takes them a while to prepare a focaccia. Ambience is not super nice, but it is a food truck after all.

Vi testade nyöppnade lokalens mackor, vi ville veta storleksskillnaden på foccacian, valde varsin mellan, såg ut som vi fick små ändå..
När jag ätit halva mackan så såg jag ett hårstrå i kartongen där mackan legat och tappade aptiten 🫩

We tried the newly opened premises' sandwiches, we wanted to know the size difference on the foccacia, we each chose between, it looked like we got small ones anyway..
When I ate half the sandwich I saw a hair in the box where the sandwich had been and lost my appetite 🫩
