A beautiful garden with no entry fee just a suggested donation. We spent a good few hours exploring the gardens and could easily have spent longer. The gardens are well attended too and there was so sign of littering or damage, the toilets too were spotless. Some of the areas would not be suitable for those with mobility issues but there are areas that are accessible to all. We never felt that the gardens were overcrowded and would certainly recommend a visit if you're in Gothenburg.

Lovely botanical gardens. Different sections to walk through and explore. Lots of trees and plants looking great there. Great sightseeing spot upon the rocks above the waterfall.

Free to enter and there is a tram stop the other side of the road.

I've never seen a botanic garden so large and beautiful before! One you get to the Bamboo forest and beyond this garden will keep amazing you! From the bamboo forest feeling like a jungle to the waterfall at the mossy place! It almost felt like a fairytale! Here one can have a picnic or just walk around, or (of course) learn something about a massive amount of Swedish and other plants from the whole world.

Such a beautiful garden! It’s free, they just ask for a donation. It is so well kept and so large! One of the greenhouses was unfortunately under construction during my visit, but really a must on your trip to Gothenburg! Words can’t put it into perspective. The shops they have with food are delicious! I think I had the best brownie of my life there!

Was a great walk. Unfortunately for me, i visited in November, not the best time and a lot of renovation was going on. But i enjoyed the walk, the rock garden and just the peace and quite.
