A lovely sourdough bakery in the heart of town.

The queue in the morning already gives it away: a great place to pick up your breads and buns for the weekend.

The space is tiny and you might be a bit overwhelmed by the rich offer of products. You’ll find a wide selection of breads, but also some buns and sandwiches. A fridge also offers essentials for everyday, but also juices and more.

I enjoyed a few good buns and a nice fresh Dinkel Loaf. Also the sandwich with butter, cheese and cucumbers was convincingly good.

Please continue what you do. It feels good and authentic.

visited this bakery twice whilst I was in town only for less than a week! Got attracted by the lovely smell and the warmth from the bread and the people inside during the typical cold and wet weather in Gothenburg.

The sourdough and little cookies were both delicious, highly recommended!

Cozy bakery with high quality bread and pastry. We had Jean-paul bread with butter and bjornbars-bulle with coffee there. The staff were nice and helpful.

Such a lovely friendly place with really delicious food, and good value for money! Only a small area to eat in but we were really welcomed. I’d recommend getting a sandwich with tea/coffee and apple juice 😍😍
