You'll never go wrong with the premium beef or brisket. But if you prefer more infused flavors then go for the brisket. Both are tender and soup is good. You can ask for spicy levels (see image) and noodle preferences as it is hand pulled.  Big portions so come in an empty stomach. Our 3 yr got a free small noodle plate which she still can't finish. The half bowl for our 7 yr old is also still big 🤣.
Nevertheless, highly recommended.

The dishes are good and portions are very generous.
This is all about the noodles, and the noodles taste amazing.
Overall, the dishes are missing this spark that would make them memorable and willing to have them often.
But it's definitely worth trying.

I can recommend this place. Food was really tasty and as other said before noodles have been made freshly. Portions are huge, and I being a good eater was full after this meal. Other reviews which say noodles are soft just don't know how fresh noodles are and how they taste. So great place to go to get authentic ramen.

Best Chinese Ramen noodle in Sweden or even the Europe. Strongly recommend, especially the rice noodles and vegetables which are free to eat when you order the noodle.

I recently dined at Noodle Master in Gothenburg and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a beautiful blend of traditional and modern decor.

The star of the show, however, was the food. The noodles were simply divine – perfectly cooked with a delightful texture. I tried the beef noodle soup, and the broth was rich and bflavorful, with tender slices of beef that melted in my mouth. The variety of noodles and other dishes on the menu is impressive, ensuring there's something for everyone.

The service was equally outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations and ensuring our dining experience was top-notch.
