I visited the premises for Spa and lunch. The lunch was quite good.

The Spa really lacks a hot sauna. Even the so called 80 degree sauna’s feel lukewarm and plates state test you are not allowed to throw water on the heater.  The sauna’s are wuit small as well.

Baths are nice. At least there was a nice cold water bassin.

Avoid if you expect a “real” sauna.

We have been forced to leave after my girlfriend took her phone to a spa with explanation that she has a sick child that she has to be avaliable 0/24 if the day care calls and also she has to monitor her blood sugar a specially in a spa environment so the spa has been great but the staff was awful and wish there could be something done about it but probably it will not be
I know it is a phone free spa but have some curtesy when people have problems they can’t control and a specially when we pay a lot of money and chose to come and spend our money with you

Came here for a night to go to the spa with kids. Out of 7 saunas none were warm and the sauna in the change room also smelled weird. One sauna says 80C and is a bit warmer than the rest. Maybe the heater itself is 80C but the room is pretty big for a sauna and has like 3m ceiling, so the temperature in the room is 60C max. Plus there’s no bucket with water to throw. Sooo disappointed!! The outside area is pretty, but I like spa to raise my heartbeat a bit and do cold/warm therapy. Here everything is adjusted for preschool kids, I would say. Also the heaters in the dry saunas outside look ancient.
The restaurant and its surroundings is very pretty, the food is eatable but nothing exciting.
There is some entertainment for the kids, which is very appreciated.
The rooms are tiny! Reminds me of the rooms on ferries. There are no fridges and things around the hotel look kinda worn out. All in all - meh.

Small rooms and the location is away from everything, next to a port. The service is great and it is a comfortable place. The rooms are very small though.

Stayed  Sept 9 & 10 2023.  Great place for a weekend get away after the conference crowds have dispersed.
The front receptionist, Corina, is so friendly, funny, and ready to welcoming you in and to assist with any questions you may have.  I came in after a rough travel day and she even took the time to chat with me and help me feel better.
While the spa isn't included with a general hotel reservation, it is worth booking time to enjoy the relaxing amenity.  The spa has several different temperature pools, and i was able to find the perfect one for truly soaking and relaxing my cares away, and i was even able to schedule to end my time with a relaxing massage.
While at the spa, check to see if Violet is available for any classes. She is so sweet and fun and has several different class options (yoga/meditation). However, I'm sure you couldn't go wrong with any of their classes.  In looking back on my stay, every employee I interacted with was so friendly and ready to assist.
