Dining here was a truly unforgettable experience. I snagged a seat outside on their bench seating by calling as soon as they opened, and I felt like I had one of the best seats at the restaurant. The weather was perfect. I sat next to this awesome couple and we had a great conversation. I started with the cheese and crackers, which was a unique and delicious. For my main course, I had the large raw beef. The plated presentation was beautiful, and every bite was delicious. The desserts were so good! I got two 😁. Strawberries and the black current and miso. My waiter was awesome. He was attentive and friendly with great recommendations. I would definitely visit this restaurant again. The reviews I read before booking were spot on! This restaurant left me speechless with one of the best meals I’ve ever had in an unexpectedly charming and welcoming setting.

I was amazed by the creativity and quality of the dishes, which elevated traditional local flavors while introducing delightfully unique offerings. The inviting atmosphere and exceptional hospitality had me coming back for two nights in a row. I only skipped the third night because I heard about their sister restaurant—after all, great taste clearly runs in the family!

Absolutely amazing. Frederick was the most charismatic and attentive waiter and the service was fabulous. We had the croquettes to start (which were out of this world). My mom and I both got the summer vegetable dish and my dad got the char. The vegetables were so unique and delicious (and I am not a lover of eggplant, but liked everything on my dish) and my dad said the char was so delicate and cooked to perfection with delicious sauces. We got the rhubarb dessert at the end- I personally could have done without the mint sauce but see why it was added. All in all, such a gem of a restaurant and highly recommended!

We had a delicious meal at Bord 27, our server was so friendly and made us feel very welcome.  The food was amazing, the seasonal vegetables were a massive stand out and the cheesecake was great.  We are visitors to Goteborg, but I would really recommend this place.  The menu is varied and from what we saw and tasted brilliaint.

This restaurant deserves all its many accolades! From the minute you walk in, you just know you’re in for an amazing night. The place is buzzing and the staff’s make you feel like you’ve like you’ve been a local for years!
Luckily the food backs this up and is incredible. If you’re lucky enough to bag a table, congrats … you’ve struck culinary gold.
