Pinchos is a good place, especially when you're meeting up with a large group of friends. You order and pay through their app, which makes the experience quick and convenient. The food is usually tasty, and the drinks are generally well made.

However, since the service is fully app-based, you're responsible for picking up your own order and bringing it to the table. Table reservations are time-limited, and it doesn’t matter if you’ve finished eating or not—they’ll kindly ask you to leave once your time is up, as new guests are already waiting.

Getting assistance from the staff isn't always straightforward, but when they do help, they're friendly and polite.

Overall, it’s a nice place to hang out, but not ideal if you're looking to sit down and enjoy a long, relaxed evening with friends. Still, it's a great meeting point for a quick and casual get-together.

The food is consistently delicious, with a variety of small plates catering to different tastes. While tapas spots are plentiful in the city, Pinchos holds a special place for me, especially when celebrating my kids' birthdays. It's become a must-visit tradition, and for good reason! If you're looking for a fun, welcoming spot with reliably good tapas, Pinchos is well worth a visit. I would say the linne pinchos is good in ambience compared to the others in the city

Review of Pinchos

A disappointing experience! We had made a reservation, but the service did not meet expectations. I ordered edamame, but it was burned, and when I informed the staff, they refused to replace it.

Additionally, I was with a baby stroller, and when I asked about the elevator, one staff member said there wasn’t one, so we had to carry the stroller up the high stairs. Later, another staff member told us she could actually open the elevator! This shows a lack of coordination among the staff.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place due to poor service and lack of customer care.

I'm a Sucker for this type of concept and I've been to a lot of restaurants in this chain. Some are kind of terrible and I feel like the staff don't want to be there.
But this place! Super cozy and fun with the kids, nice standards for the meal and  if there is little people there, they come out with the food to ta table

Very amazing staff and ambience. They have it all digital. You can just download the app 'Pinchos' and book a table at any location, order food and also pay your bill.
Dirty fries and garlic bread are two orders I would love repeating everytime I visit 😁
