It had been a long time since I had eaten at Pizza Hut, so when we came across this restaurant, we had to go in and reminisce a little back to the early 2000s. We chose a Bacon BBQ pizza as well as beer and mineral water. The premises are nice, located in a basement on Nordstan, and they came quickly and prepared a table for us when we arrived. The order and payment was made over the phone on a website, and beer was served by a waiter. You had to get mineral water yourself, but that was fine. And then the famous pan pizza came to the table, something we haven't tasted in many, many years. The pizza was good, but I don't recommend BBQ on pizza, next time we'll try regular sauce. The sauce makes it a little sweet and there was a little too much of the sweet ;) But it was eaten up and we were glad we stopped by to remember the old days.

Easy ordering process through mobile online menu. Food will be brought to the table straight away. The smallest pan made pizza is a little bit pricey but at least it's tasty. Pizza Hut doesn't exist where I live, so to be able to find one in Gothenburg is pretty cool.

You place your own order via QR code and the app is actually not that great, but can make do.
Place could be cleaner (a lot of oily spots on seats and floor). The pizzas are just like a classic pizza hut, thus only going there when having a craving once in a while. It's the only pizza hut in Gothenburg as the other locations closed.

Note: hot sauce not available for free and it's not worth ordering as extra (price/quantity ratio is bogus).

Never ever I will come back to this disqusting so-called restaurant. Prices are insane for this quality. Dr.Oetker frozen pizza is heaven compared to this.

Customer service is beyond zero and why do they let kid working there? They are watching you all the time and speaking loud to each other. Saw the chef's sweat drops falling on pizza.
Worker in hijab was the worst ,she(he) was very agressive and looked at me with disqust after I asked question about Pulled Pork pizza.

The food was oily and had urine smell in it ,specially pizzas with pulled beef and pork.
I felt very unsafe at this place and will never ever comeback or recommend it to anyone. You can not call it pizza at least the ones in this specific "restaurant".

Toilet smell filled the entire restaurant. The place is very dark and dirty. Drinks machine serves very bad drinks which are mostly water and no sparkling in it.

I thought that Pizza Hut was supposed to be a well respected franchise, but instead it's the worst food experience I ever had.

We ordered the medium tasting menu, which was perfect for three of us. It had the tortilla chips, chicken wings, a medium size Pizza, an average potato dish and an amazing cookie dough and ice cream. We ordered a cheesy pan pizza it was great, it had a thick crust and we could taste the butter used in the pan the chicken wing was the highlight of the menu it was spicy and on point. The potato dish was not good. The service was too slow. A good place to go if you do not have a train to catch.
