Calm atmosphere and a great view of course. Had the 4-course and the serving sizes were good and so was the service. Food pairing over all was great, but the beef in the main course was nearly well done and a bit dry. Had prefered it on the other side of medium. Had hoped for a bit more wine in the wine menu too. All in all Upper House is better than a 4, but I can't say that it's an 5.

We were searching and searching for the best Swedish meatballs in Göteborg, and found them right here! Absolutely delicious. This place has an atmosphere which is sophisticated yet relaxed. It's in a very central, convenient location too. The staff were charming and the food and drinks are fairly priced, especially considering the high quality. The tuna nicoise salad was also very tasty. The most important point? If you want the best Swedish meatballs, this is the place for you!
