We had the 9 dish tasting menu at a very reasonable price. Every plate was lovely, an experience in itself. It was a great fusion of swedish produce and seafood and chinese and asian methods. My partners favorites was a baked beet and chanterelle dish and an amazing cherry and chocolate dessert. My favorites were a very exciting crayfish dish, covered in chinese xo sauce and lightly charred fennel, and the cherry dessert too. The service was charming, we were lucky to have the co-owner describe every dish with passion.

Very enthusiastic and service minded staff. They presented each dish and wine with lots of passion and knowledge. They made sure to compose a lactose and nut free option for me as a part of a 4 party company. We all hade the 6 dish taste menu and all of the dishes that where altered due to my allergies where accompanied with a matching wine. This made my experience as great as the rest of the company, this is something a lot of high rated restaurant a lot pricier haven't succeeded with. Over all we couldn't have had a better experience. Fusion food, set menus, wine parings... sometimes you get bored by the new standards appearing everywhere. Not here. The mix of asian and scandinavian is perfect down to molecule level. Quality is first prioritization and Christina would never serve anything less than perfect. And she has got the means to do it: Oscar is like a machine in the kitchen, delivering innovative dishes, perfectly cooked and plated - every time. There is nothing funky, perky or odd about the food, it is dead serious fine dining to affordable prices. Go there.
