The place is nice but extremely poorly run. Staff is mostly made of young seasonal workers. They are pleasant and genuinely doing their best in a poor work environment. But they are neither trained nor managed properly. The result is constant chaos. Check-in and check-out are unnecessarily long because they can't answer any questions without referring to 3 colleagues, luggage goes to the wrong room, drink/food orders need to be checked 3 times and are still wrong. The hotel is very expensive even by Swiss standards and the price-quality ratio is simply disastrous.

A wonderful weekend in this extremely classy hotel. The atmosphere in the room and lobby is fantastic, as is the spa. The food is out of this world. Next to the ski slopes. Looking forward to returning, also in the spring.

This hotel is one of our favorite. Every time the personal is kind and try to help so much, we really have the impression that they want us to appreciate our stay to the maximum. The food is great and we appreciate the swimming pool and spa.

We stayed just one night and it was fab.
The highlights:
- the modern, well equipped Junior Suite with a stunning view and very quiet surroundings
- the doggy welcome. We've been to a lot of 5* hotels with our dogs but Lenkerhof absolutely nailed it! On arrival there was bedding for 2 large dogs, towels, 4 bowls and a box (each) of high quality treats. The surroundings are perfect for short, medium and long walks/hikes and the staff was dog friendly too.
- the Spettacolo restaurant: high quality meal, an incredible cheese selection and a very good wine menu. We spent a wonderful evening with attentive staff in a relaxed yet elegant setting.
The improvements that could be made (if you really want to be picky because the expectation in a 5* hotel  is that everything is impeccable): The in-dining menu was missing, the small orchid on the coffee table was dead and some tea selections in the spa were empty. Housekeeping could be a little more attentive.
Finally, to finish on a positive note: we had booked 1/2 price with Hotelcard and yet they treated us exactly like fully paying guests (which is not always the case).
