My stay at the Victoria Jungfrau Hotel was outstanding. The blend of traditional charm and modern luxury is truly impressive. The rooms are elegantly designed and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

I would particularly like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Claudio. His warm demeanor and professionalism made my stay especially enjoyable. He was always helpful, offering valuable tips about the area and ensuring I felt completely at home.

The hotel's culinary offerings were also top-notch, featuring a diverse breakfast buffet and exquisite dining options.

Overall, the Victoria Jungfrau Hotel is a premier destination for travelers who appreciate luxury and outstanding service. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

We attended the New Years Eve Ball. The menu and food was exquisite. Everybody in our group of 20 attendees - whose only common denominator in terms of attendance was the Silvester NY Ball - developed severe gastro intestinal symptoms - and tested positive for Shigella - bears testament to the fact that grand buffets at this location should have improved hand hygiene for all guests as is common at all buffet style institutions.

Whilst the experience was amazing - the after effects were extremely unsavoury - and in my view preventable.

We had the opportunity to stay at 3 different 5 star hotels during our trip to Switzerland, but the Victoria-Jungfrau was in a class of its own. The property had been very well kept and was only outshone by the excellent staff it boasted in all phases that we experienced. Definitely worth the price, and if you stay be sure to visit Moritz in the bar in the evening. His warmth and excellent drink recommendations are on point!

The hotel was amazing, with a beautiful view and a comfortable room. I stayed for one night and spent the evening in the lobby café, enjoying the live piano performance. To be honest, the service from Moritz was the best I’ve ever experienced. He was by far the most impressive staff member I’ve seen, not just in this hotel but compared to other 5-star hotels in Switzerland. He recommended a fantastic tea, and it wasn’t just us—I noticed how he interacted with other customers as well, always with a smile and ensuring everyone was happy. Moritz went above and beyond by offering us fresh towels for our hands and taking pictures for customers, making the experience even more memorable.

His dedication and friendliness truly stood out, and it was also great to hear him speak Arabic, which is a fantastic asset for the hotel. I have never written a review like this for anyone, but Moritz truly deserves it. **Please make sure to thank him and appreciate his efforts, as this kind of hard work makes a big difference for customers, who will definitely return for such exceptional service.** I’ll definitely be coming back and hope to see him again. Wishing him all the best!
