We had a beautiful room overlooking the small square in front of the hotel lobby. The room itself isn't terribly large but we found it to be very cosy, with nice touches like the breakfast table & corner couch, the Nespresso machine the wooden beams across the ceiling. The bedding, amenities and furniture all felt luxurious. The location is amazing - close to the basilica, the Reformation park and 5 mins walk to the high street. Service was good.

I'd also like to mention the random fact that the elevator is very pretty 😂. With the emerald couch at one end and the mosaic floor. Nice!

Taxi drivers occasionally experience confusion driving right up to the front door because this hotel is located in a semi-restricted traffic area with lots of one way and pedestrian roads. But rest assured, a taxi will be able to drop you off right at the entrance if you're a hotel guest.

Outstanding boutique hotel. The room was amazing and the service was impeccable.  A hidden gem in old town Geneva! Please look no further if you want a truly authentic and delightful experience. Can't recommend this choice strongly enough.

Very nice hotel. Perfect location with walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Hotel rooms are also very nice. Breakfast selection is not big, but ingredients are top quality. I like the overall attention to details and attentiveness of employees.

Beautifully appointed boutique hotel (loved the bar area) located in the central city center.  I only give 4 stars for location because of the challenge with locating it, and the challenge of driving in the lanes in the area.
The staff was friendly and helpful.  The rooms were quiet and clean, and the beds were comfortable.
The hotel has an "old world charm" to it, yet has all the modern amenities.  My husband's only complaint was that there are no USB ports (so make sure you bring cords/portable chargers for your electronic).
Absolutely would stay at this hotel again.
