I have tried the 6 course tasting menu and cannot express in words how heavenly each course tasted. Truly Michelin star worthy!

Das Ca d'Oro ist ein wahres Juwel der Gourmetküche! Als jemand, der aus den Alpen stammt, war ich begeistert von der alpin-österreichischen Inspiration, die sich durch das gesamte Menü zieht. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das Gericht „Rote Beete & Oona Kaviar“, das mit seiner exzellenten Säure-Mischung an die Aromen meiner Heimat erinnerte. Der „Marinierte & Geflämmte Stör“ war ebenfalls ein absoluter Traum, der durch seine österreichischen Einflüsse bestach.

Das „Knusprige Perlhuhn“ war eines der Highlights des Abends – die Harmonie zwischen dem jungen Kohl, Sauerkraut und den getrockneten Pflaumen war perfekt abgestimmt. Auch das „Scampo & Kalbsherz à la Tafelspitz“ überzeugte mich mit seiner Intensität und einer wunderbaren Umsetzung eines traditionellen Klassikers.

Das Hauptgericht, das „Spanische Wagyu-Filet“, überraschte mit spannenden Kombinationen wie Champignon de Paris und salziger Zitrone – außergewöhnlich und zugleich köstlich! Die Desserts waren ein krönender Abschluss: Die „Ziegenmilchschokolade“ mit Kürbis und Hagebutte war außergewöhnlich, doch der „Apfel & Zimt“ erinnerte an einen klassischen Apfelstrudel und war das perfekte Finale.

Dieses Wintermenü (24/25) ist ein absolutes Muss und macht das  Restaurant nicht nur zu einem Geheimtipp, sondern zu einem Ziel, das auch einen Umweg wert ist. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ca d'Oro is a true gem of gourmet cuisine! As someone who comes from the Alps, I loved the Alpine-Austrian inspiration that runs throughout the menu. I was particularly impressed by the dish “Beetroot & Oona Caviar”, which was reminiscent of the flavors of my homeland with its excellent mix of acids. The “Marinated & Flamed Sturgeon” was also an absolute dream, impressing with its Austrian influences.

The “Crispy Guinea Fowl” was one of the highlights of the evening – the harmony between the young cabbage, sauerkraut and the dried plums was perfectly balanced. The “Scampo & Veal Heart à la Tafelspitz” also impressed me with its intensity and wonderful implementation of a traditional classic.

The main course, the “Spanish Wagyu fillet”, surprised with exciting combinations such as mushroom de Paris and salty lemon – extraordinary and delicious at the same time! The desserts were a crowning finale: the “goat’s milk chocolate” with pumpkin and rose hips was exceptional, but the “apple & cinnamon” was reminiscent of a classic apple strudel and was the perfect finale.

This winter menu (24/25) is an absolute must and makes the restaurant not only an insider tip, but a destination that is also worth a detour. Absolute recommendation!

Il ristorante ha una calda ed accogliente atmosfera resa anche frizzante da piacevolissime interpretazioni canore napoletane eseguite con eleganza . Il servizio ti coccola con tante attenzioni e si percepisce la voglia di far star bene il cliente. Ho trovato una lista dei vini ottima con interessanti annate. Il Menù buono, provvisto di ottimi tartufi d'Alba ,che ho apprezzato con degli eccellenti tagliolini, e grande scelta di nobili caviali, che anche qui mi sono davvero deliziata con l' iraniano. Lo Chef ha eseguito ottimi piatti puliti nel sapore e puntando su una  lodevole qualità della materia prima. Serata ben riuscita.

The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere also made lively by very pleasant Neapolitan singing interpretations performed with elegance. The service pampers you with lots of attention and you can sense the desire to make the customer feel good. I found a great wine list with interesting vintages. The menu was good, with excellent Alba truffles, which I enjoyed with excellent tagliolini, and a great choice of noble caviars, which I was also really delighted with the Iranian one. The Chef created excellent dishes with clean flavors and focusing on the commendable quality of the raw materials. A successful evening.
