We were really needing some days to relax & Monopol Art Boutique Hotel exceeded every expectation! The staff is very professional & friendly with the guests. The hotel tells a story through its choices of art that can be admired at every corner. Rooms are spacious, well designed and very good isolated. The facilities such as restaurant, spa & sky bar are ensuring an unforgettable stay. We will definitely love to come during winter season, too because the hotel is very well located! Thank you!

We had a wonderful two day stay at this hotel.  The room was outstanding, and they have a lovely rooftop spa as well as a rooftop bar. They provide excellent shuttle service back-and-forth to the train station. The location is conveniently located in the old town. Their restaurant is wonderful. We would return again.

The location is perfect, right in the center of the village and well connected and few steps from the main interest spots. Staff is very professional and nice. There is possibility to park nearby. The rooms are spatious and the bed is large! The lake view spa is just fantastic, together with the skybar next to it they have among the best view of St. Moritz.
Highly recommended.

My husband and I traveled from Dallas, Texas to St. Moritz on July 23 to July 25. We arrived at St. Moritz by train from Zurich. The team at the hotel had emailed us earlier that they would pick us up when our train arrived at the station. The hotel van with their logo driven by a warm friendly staff member, was there promptly to take us to the hotel which took only 5-6 minutes. On arrival, our bags were taken directly to our rooms, while we were warmly welcomed by Sylvia, with a glass of Prosecco! Our room on the fifth floor was a Junior suite and was wonderfully appointed with all amenities - small fridge, queen bed, robes, slippers, lush towels, and a view of the Lake Moritz! The breakfast was sumptuous- cold and hot with everything you could want! We had cocktails in the evening at the roof top bar and restaurant which had the perfect ambience. The hotel is walking distance to almost all restaurants and stores, including a grocery store Coop. Finally I must give a special mention to the staff who provided the best service - warm, patient, helpful and cheerful - which  made our stay one of the best we’ve experienced. Well done to the hotel director Dominik Zurbrügg and the entire team.

We had a great time in this hotel. The room smells so elegant. I do not know how they did this.

Friendly and helpful staff, quiet neighborhood, clean room, and delicious breakfast. The staff can pickup and drive you to the station for free. This hotel provides everything we need. Highly recommend.
