Last Saturday we were with several people in the Pistache restaurant in the Hotel Balm and reserved a table for the evening at short notice - and it was an absolute pleasure! We chose the 5-course menu, and every single course was perfectly balanced. The food was of the highest quality, creative and prepared with a wonderful combination of flavors and ingredients. It was a culinary highlight for all of us.

The service was extremely attentive and courteous, and the wine recommendations went well with the courses. The cozy atmosphere also contributed to us feeling completely comfortable.
