The location is very good, close to the train station. Room is spacious and warm. But the beds are so uncomfortable it ruins the whole experience. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is average.

Very good staff and hospitable! Loved Doris in the restaurant. She came up to us on both days of our stay and chatted with us

The tea and coffee service at the lobby was great and well.stocked at all times. Breakfast was good and had options, this was a good hotel with AC and table.fan as well, rooms were also decent and clean.

The surroundings were quiet. The air conditioning kept us cool. The breakfast was average. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. There was no separate space to store luggage, but they did store it in a corner of the lobby.

Just stayed here and was pleasantly surprised! The rooms were great, and even though the exterior looks old, the interiors are modern and cozy. It's just a short 1 km walk from the railway station, super convenient. The staff were really friendly and helpful, giving us all the info we needed. Plus, it's super close to the river, lake, and Commercial Street, so plenty to explore nearby. The interiors were clean and well-kept, adding to the overall comfort. And the buffet breakfast was a winner, with some tasty Indian options. Definitely recommend for a comfortable stay with good amenities!
