Went early February 2024, overnight stay.
Great experience to try at least once.
Try to go when the sky is clear for the best view of the stars at night. Also, avoid busy weekends, so you have longer in the sauna and jacuzzi. The negative part was the Fondue unless you like lactose-free cheese. It was rather tasteless.

Sleeping in an Iglu is certainly an experience.  Stupidly, I expected it to be warmer. Should have condidered the walls are hard packed snow. Fine inside a sleeping bag, but a hat would have helped

Great Fondue! We reserved a table for four inside the Iglu and really enjoyed the food. Given the price, the portion could have been bigger and the Fondue comes with bread only. Amazing experience, though.

That’s an experience! Too cold for me, but still amazing! The staff is awesome and they made the stay so nice!  We were warm at night, but still not the most comfortable way to spend the evening, but worth the experience!

This place is amazing.   I was quitr unwell the night we stayed (unrelated gastro upset from earlier in the day) and the staff were so very caring.  Thank you in particular to Fabian and Michael for your care and kindness.  The igloo is just gorgeous, sauna and jacuzzi awesome, and of course the fire house 😁 please accept the appreciation for the kindness and super fun my husband had.  We will be back!
