Lovely wellness hotel. The rooms are newly refurbished and pure luxury with lovely little touches. Every team member was friendly and welcoming. The spa is fantastic and they have an excellent gym. Dinner at Verve by Sven was fabulous as well. We also had a cocktail and a pistachio cake which was scrumptious. Couldn't fault it.

Perfect!
Rooms are spacious, clean with great interior. Shower products such as shampoo, shower gel, body cream are of great quality.
The SPA area is big, clean and has a great variety.
The food from the morning buffet is fresh and of great quality.
The restaurants in the hotel offer great service and experience.
I would say this is one of my favorite hotels for spa and relaxation.

The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is a place I’ve grown very fond of, having stayed there around six times. Each visit has been nothing short of exceptional, reaffirming the prestige and quality of this resort. It truly feels like a Grand Hotel straight out of a movie, where every detail is perfectly arranged to make your stay unforgettable.

The guest is always the focus here: the staff takes great care to ensure that you want for nothing, anticipating your every need with impeccable service and friendliness. The rooms are simply outstanding, immersing you in a little Swiss fairy tale with maximum comfort and elegance.

The spa and **thermal baths are in a league of their own. The experience is hard to put into words, but you can expect a high level of privacy and luxury that leaves you feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

Absolutely 5 Stars. The whole hotel and installation are modern and welcoming. Wellness and Spas are amazing. Staff and Concierge are one of the best in Switzerland without a doubt (Robin is amazing). Our wholesale family had a lot of fun and wonderful stay here. The restaurants are very nice and up to the standard. Golf and Tennis are available.

I had an absolutely fabulous two-night stay at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. The Grand Deluxe room was very big with a large bathroom and a big balcony. The room was very good insulated, had very comfortable beds and has a huge selection of pillows on demand. The hotel service was also fantastic, everyone will go the extra mile to make you stay memorable and one to remember. From all the restaurants available at the hotel, I tried the Namun (Asian food) and the Verve by Sven. Both offered an excellent service and very delicious food. Special mention to the 'Signature Menu' of the Verve restaurant!
The Spa and Wellness area is one of the highlights of the Resort and it does not disappoint, it's a top class space prepared for your wellbeing.
There are two restaurants for breakfasts, one 'a la carte' and one 'buffet'. Both are excellent and offer very high quality food to start the day. If I may write a suggestion, this would be that the coffee at the 'buffet' restaurant was a bit of a disappointment. Being a bit of a coffee nerd myself, in this particular 'buffet' area, the coffee was prepared by a fully automatic machine and it tasted a bit like any coffee to-go kiosk from a city center. On the other hand, the coffee at the 'a la carte' space was very good.
All in all the two nights at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz were excellent! It is a recommended stay for everyone who wants to enjoy having a five starts service and accommodation with a top class attention to detail and enjoy a fantastic spa/wellness area. Absolutely recommended stay.
