I had an unforgettable 2-night stay at the 7132 Hotel in Vals, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we checked in, the staff’s hospitality and attention to detail stood out. We were welcomed with drinks at the bar, and even our dogs were thoughtfully provided with water. A room upgrade was offered, which was greatly appreciated. The room, designed in light tones with stunning mountain views, was impeccably clean, with a minibar stocked with a delightful selection of teas and snacks.

Our first dinner at the Red Restaurant was exceptional. The staff’s recommendations were spot-on, and the dishes were delicious. Afterward, we experienced the magical night swimming session under a moonlit, starry sky—a memory to cherish forever. The spa facilities were lovely, with two saunas (a hammam and a wooden sauna), but the thermal baths stole the show. My massage was one of the best I’ve had in years, both relaxing and deeply therapeutic.

Breakfast at the Silver Restaurant was a highlight, featuring local products that added a personal touch. The staff went above and beyond to meet my request for eggs Benedict with wholegrain bread, which was a pleasant surprise.

The grand finale was dinner at the Michelin-starred Silver Restaurant—an outstanding 8-course surprise menu with an Asian twist, paired with wine and creative cocktails. Starting the evening in the kitchen with the chef and team added a special touch to this unforgettable dining experience.

Upon checkout, the thoughtful gesture of providing water and fresh bread for our journey home left a lasting impression. I left with one thought: I can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for a luxurious and unique getaway.

Worst spa I've even been to.
The big pools are too cold and the big straight walls make it feel even colder. It feels like a prison yard. People are constantly moving around and also looking at each other, because there's nothing else to look at and no relaxing and comfortable place to stay and relax. It is both socially and physically uncomfortable.
It is very loud because of the echoing walls, feels like you're in a full bazaar of bustling voices, not relaxing at all.
The sauna has just big uncomfortable stone slabs and there also no sense of privacy, very socially awkward, so I didn't see anybody staying long at one spot. People were constantly moving around. And there were more people in the chairs than in the pools because that was the only comfortable place.
The architecture feels cold, soul-less and everything is straight and boring and nothing feels organic, warm and relaxing.
This place is all about the architecture and not about the visitor. Cold, uncomfortable, boring.

The service here was over the top too good. It was almost too good where I felt bad how nice people were here… Spa was great! Although I wish the spa was a little bit hotter outside, it was still very relaxing. Hospitality was amazing here and the breakfast with the view made it so much better. Very great stay for two nights.

I have no idea how they can have two stars. The food was great. The service was terrible. A have had much better service atba coffeeshop.
Eg. We had no wine in our classes for the main course and the waiter didn't manage to go get a new bottle dispite he concluded it by serving the course and going of to get it.
