Clearly one of the leading restaurants in the Valais. Excellent food and lovely staff. Went back there three times since and it was always top. Great was the venison menu which included chamois and the best growse I ever had outside Scotland.

Very good fine dining place in Sion. The quality of the dishes was amazing. The only downside was the obvious lack of English of the chef. He spoke directly with all the customers in the room who were French speaking except for us. I have to admit it has made me feel quite ignored and left behind.

This was absolutely fantastic! We had the 7 course menu with wine and it was awesome! The only thing we'll do different next time is choosing the 9 course menu!!! And maybe take more photos... Highly recommended place!
