Das schlechteste Stück Software, was ich jemals benutzen musste. Leider wird man als Arbeitnehmer genötigt, damit zu arbeiten. Das Thema UX ist scheinbar noch nicht vorgedrungen. Kostet mich bei Spesenabrechnung etc. immer mehrere Stunden sinnloses Geklicke.

Worst piece of software I've ever had to use. Unfortunately, as an employee you are forced to work with it. Apparently the topic of UX has not yet penetrated. It always costs me several hours of pointless clicking when it comes to expense reports etc.

In meiner Funktion als HR Leiter muss ich mich leider mit Abacus herumschlagen. Grundsätzlich ist der Payroll Teil gut gelöst, alles andere wie Zeitwirtschaft / Mitarbeitergespräche / Zeugnisse usw. stecken komplett in den Kinderschuhen und sind vom Prozess nicht durchdacht und voller Bugs. UX ist ein absolutes Fremdwort! Unsere Anwender (immerhin fast 150 Mitarbeitende) sind mit der AbaClik 3 wie auch mit myAbacus total unzufrieden. Menüführung unlogisch, Funktionen sind nicht auffindbar (oder gut versteckt), Fehlermeldungen unverständlich, uvm. uvm.

Schade, eigentlich hatte ich als St. Galler ein positives Empfinden zu diesem Unternehmen. Dies ist leider aufgrund des angestauten Frustes nicht mehr der Fall.

Unfortunately, in my role as HR manager, I have to deal with Abacus. Basically, the payroll part is well solved, everything else such as time management / employee interviews / certificates etc. is completely in its infancy and is not well thought out in terms of the process and is full of bugs. UX is an absolute foreign word! Our users (almost 150 employees) are totally dissatisfied with AbaClik 3 and myAbacus. Menu navigation is illogical, functions cannot be found (or are well hidden), error messages are incomprehensible, and much more. and much more.

It's a shame, as a St. Gallen resident I actually had a positive feeling about this company. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case due to pent-up frustration.
