Food of lower quality versus the 2 other options/restaurants accross the street. Fish overly greasy, starter vegetables undercooked, fries over-salted and greasy, pasta bolognese average at best and overcooked.
Very overpriced versus other options in town.

I want to write a very positive review about the restaurant I visited. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service staff were incredibly friendly and professional. On each of the 3 times I visited, there was an individual who seemed to be the manager or owner of the restaurant. He was constantly circulating between the tables, checking on the customers and ensuring everyone had what they needed. His attentiveness and hands-on approach really stood out and contributed greatly to the excellent dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing food coupled with outstanding customer service. The owner/manager's commitment to providing a wonderful experience for each patron is clearly a top priority. I look forward to returning to this establishment again.

I stayed at this hotel recently, purchasing a package that included one night in a double room, one entrance for two people to the Leukerbad Therme, and half board. The price is in line with the services offered. The hotel is clean and modern, while maintaining a classic mountain style. The room was spacious and equipped with every comfort, the balcony was large and offered a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful, I appreciated that almost everyone spoke at least 3-4 languages. The only flaw was the dinner, which took place in the restaurant of the hotel. Although everything was very good and well prepared, the half-board dinner has a set menu with no choice. Having good reviews also as a restaurant, it was a shame not to be able to try other specialities and to be forced to the set menu. For the rest, highly reccomended.

Location is good. Salad bar is average. Prices are same as in the whole village. Ordered fish that was very dry, with rubber texture. They insisted on replacement but have charged for both dishes.
