On a rather quiet Wednesday, we received excellent service at the restaurant (Kitchen part). The staff was very attentive, friendly and concerned with every detail of our comfort. The food, though a bit pricey, was of very good quality, presentation included.  The view of Zurich from the window table added to the wonderful atmosphere.

The "BISTRO" part is very cool and modern with City & HB view. Its really impresive, especially after sunset. We were lucky to get the table just next to window. Curry was very delicious, however a bit too spicy for us. Smash burger was unfortunetely nothing special - very dry. Both portions were quite big I must say. The worst was the service - I dont know how its possible that in such place waiter dosen't speak English - only mix of German and Italian. Because od that we didn't exactly got what we wanted.

Had the seasonal dish with deer at the Clouds Bistro. Food was okay - meat a little dry. When I mentioned it to the staff they immediately offered sth else instead, which was very kind. View over Zurich is really stunning. They have a strict dress code,  which makes it seem very prestigious. Great for Business lunches.

The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and the service was OK. However, I was surprised when the staff questioned why I didn’t leave a tip. Tipping is a personal choice, and while I appreciate good service, I believe it should never be demanded or expected in a way that makes guests uncomfortable. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback into account to ensure a more welcoming experience for all guests.

A nice place with a nice view. We went for the  Bistro and had a lovely evening!
Staff is very kind, and they can manage diet restrictions. Food was very delicious too.
