Puro in Zürich offers a wonderful dining experience with excellent service. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always there when you need them.

The food is delicious and consistently high-quality, though it comes at a premium price. The truffle schnitzel has always been my favorite—absolutely outstanding and worth trying!

One small disappointment was that the bread for the hummus was charged extra without any prior notice. While it’s a minor detail, transparency would be appreciated.

Overall, a great restaurant for a refined dining experience. Four stars for the fantastic food and superb service!

My 3 friends and I got really disappointed with the attitude of Puro staff.
We did a prior reservation for 7pm on September, 6 where it didnt warn us about any specific dishes we needed to order. we had prosecco and were planning to have light snacks but the waiter got literally furious with us and said each of us HAS TO order a main dish. the attitude was so arrogant and unpleasant.

we had a zurich visitor with us and it created such a bad impression of the service here. we asked for a bill and went to the next door Milch Bar where we were welcomed, the waiter was fun and friendly.

I do not understand where this arrogance of puro comes from. there are so many much better restaurants in Zurich!

The service was excellent. The garden with tables around a fountain was lovely. Our Eggplant Parmigiana 2.0 was fabulous. The artichoke starter had very crispy leaves that were a bit hard to chew, but it was still edible.

They are gluten-free friendly and they happened to have lactose-free milk the day I visited.
