This is seriously one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long while and if you follow me you know I'm a Michelin star seeker! Honestly either I'm not a refined enough palate or this place leaves some of the Michelin ones I've been to eating dust behind. Impeccable service, genius food, amazing wine selection. I'm genuinely impressed. How can I give somewhere 6 stars??

The best dining experience I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy in Zurich! Service is impeccable, we had the tasting menu and they accommodated to each individual dislikes or allergies. Like this they made sure we all had a perfect experiences that fit our tastes. Our waiter recommended the most delicious wines - we stayed many many hours. Portions are just right, the explanations with each dish I cannot repeat but it created a great atmosphere knowing where our food came from.
If you are looking for an experience this is your place, their terrace is lovely as well.

We had a very pleasant evening at Silex. We all chose the tasting menu (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) and were very pleased with the innovative combination of mainly local ingredients and their high quality. The plates were lovingly decorated. The service was impeccable (we had two waiters who were very competent and funny at the same time).

It was so so delicious. We had the tasting menu with meat and vegetarian one with wine. It was amazing. We had a wonderful dinner and I really can recommand it. For sure one of my favorits😍
