Stopped by to pick up a map and key for the Archaeological Windows program (a free service geared for tourists and urban explorers alike). The gentleman at the counter was very polite and helpful. I think we both struggled a bit with each other’s language, but his English was definitely better than my Swiss-German. I was most appreciative. Also, this building itself is a beautiful one to see. Great experience here.

Attended to pick up a key and map for the Archaeological window tour, a self guided exploration of hidden places within the city which is very fun and highly recommended. The program is free but they did require some form of identification as collateral which was returned when the key was. It is geared more towards locals (instructions only in German) but it is easily translatable and well explained when picking up the key.

I tried using the contact form, but it didn’t work; please get an e-mail address. I am working to repay my fine, I want to ask why is recycling electronics an option, but not picking up trash? Switzerland is one of the richest countries and trash is a problem, it seems greedy to not export electronics (some of which, like computer mouses, could be kept in use) and not take the help to clean the environment. Felons picking up litter seems to make more sense, keeping the country nice and also costing less (I don’t believe recycling electronics makes close to minimum wage here).
