För alla som känner till hösten kommer du vet att traditionella restauranger nära tidigare än under sommaren. Väl under min sista resa till Istanbul jag var hungrig på 0100tim i morgon och jag fick någon annanstans att ta vägen. Även om KFC på Besiktas nära vid midnatt det faktum att de lämnade dörren öppen jag tvingade mig själv inne att be om mat. Och gissa vad jag blev inte besviken. Jag är en hälso-freak och en kräsen i maten men i själva verket maten var inte alls illa.
