Detta är en av de trevliga restaurangerna där du kan äta en god måltid i Kanyon Mall. Det började som en bageri med bulgariska ägare 1836 för nästan 200 år sedan. Sedan blev det ett konditori på olika ställen i Istanbul. För några år sedan öppnade det som konditori och restaurang i Kanyon. De har en mängd intressanta rätter och läckra kakor utöver deras bröd och kakor. Deras glass är också utsökt. Priserna lite höga.

Vi kom in på kvällen på en söndag och några tabeller inuti, satte sig ändå i förtroende med namnet som jämförde så det visade sig att vi hade en ordentlig måltid vi beställde aubergine Incik som är lagad benlamb måltid. Det såg bra men hade inget salt och verkar förkokt och halvvärme. Beställ även en Asisn-fusion med nudlar, sojaskugga och kycklingbitar. Detta saknade också veggies och kyckling och det såg inte vad som var på menyn bilder. Vi åt men blev besviken Skulle inte åka dit igen Slösa inte dina pengar och tid.
