One of the best vintage shops in town. Lovely staff, great selection of clothes. Doesn’t have the “copy and paste bulk-bought pallets imported from the US” feel that a lot of vintage shops have these days. The clothes and shoes seem to be more curated.

Beyond retro is a super cool store in Brighton if you’re looking for gently used vintage as well as some newer styles. The prices are fair and do some good sales here and there. They have cool t shirts and a section dedicated to old football jerseys.

the place itself is very out of the way and looks quite small from the outside, but when you go in it's like the tardis!
very cool and unique shop, filled with true vintage clothes and some other quirky items.
The clothes themselves are quite expensive, so be prepared to pay more than you usually would for these types of items.

The smell is absolutely vile — I had to leave after 2 minutes, I was almost sick. I’m not exaggerating, it was atrocious. I have never made a review before but this made such an impact on me I had to. Bring a clothes line peg for your nostril if you plan on visiting here, else you may not be able to smell things the same ever again!!
