Excellent meal and brilliant service. The four of us each had a different 3 course meal. Each plate brought to the table was really delicious and the usual "oh your food was better than mine." Didn't occur. We just all tasted each other and decided we needed to go back at least 4 + times so we could all taste everything on the menu. I expected a bigger bill even though we didn't have much alcohol,just a glass of wine. However, I have in the past paid a lot more for meals, which have not nearly been as good.

We've been to Pipe and Glass twice this year, both times to celebrate certain major birthdays, and both times we were treated to an amazing dining experience.
I would certainly recommend Pipe and Glass to anyone to go and enjoy the best culinary experience around.
The food was simply delicious, first class, so very well presented, and served by very smart, knowledge, polite, and efficient staff.
A most enjoyable restaurant experience, thank you.

Set in the most beautiful little Yorkshire village this gem of an inn is exceptional.  We have been visiting on and off for the last 5 years usually for a special occasion and not once have the staff been anything but amazing.

From front of house to the amazing chefs the staff are an absolute credit to this establishment.

The rooms on offer are beautifully decorated to the highest standards.  Quality and comfort are second to none and the attention to detail is perfect.

Always a warm welcome with an ease that not many places can pull off.

And the food 🤤 oh my god the food 🤤 I can finally die happy after eating here.

I've waited a couple of weeks to write this review. Simply put, this is one of the best pubs in Yorkshire for food and service. The food is outstanding; they serve a little seasonal vegetable tart with the lamb dish that is one of the nicest things I've ever eaten anywhere. I've dreamt about that little tart more than once since.

Everything about the place is top drawer. Rooms are pleasant, gardens even more so, the pub itself is beautiful, and every member of staff fantastic at their jobs. Perfect service both in the pub itself and the restaurant. I cannot recommend this place enough. You'll love it. You should visit.

Good atmosphere, lovely staff.
Quite expensive, starters £16.50
I had prawn cocktail starter it was good, other food was ok.
They do a child menu, pleased to say, not same old, Good Healthier choices.
Worth a try as we're all different. You need to book ahead.

A good place to visit for a drink, as it's in lovely countryside.
