Garbage! Absolute christmas scam! Watch the video you will see why. This is a £28 (+£5 giftbox) personalised Christmas Bauble from Twenty-Seven purchased from Notonthehighstreet.

The bauble isnt a metal piece, just plastic tree and a plastic bauble. It doesnt even hang up itself. The string provided doesnt fit through the hole on top of bauble. Little did i expect to have to “assemble” myself in a personalised gift purchase! Luckily i had a look before i gift it away! Not to mention quality of string and even the paper gift box look cheap, really cheap! (See the white giftbox in my video background, that costs £5!)

After complains to twenty-Seven team and aldo notonthehighstreet they still wouldnt give me a refund. I did mention the non-personalised part will work perfectly well for their next customer (eg plastic bauble, string, giftbox, basically everything else apart from the plastic family tree) but all refused! So i bought a Christmas bauble that doesnt even hang at £33! How ridiculous!

Its been a while since i purchased this on 9th December 2023. But i havent forgotten to share my review on google because i wasnt given a link to review on their website! (Until now, this product received 0 customer reviews. )

At the same time, i purchased other personalised baubles from other businesses on notonthehighstreet and none of them had any issue. My order reference is 79930311.

I bought a bamboo chopping board with one of my Granny’s recipes engraved on. I use it daily as a pot stand and seeing her beautiful scripted handwriting reminds me of her while I’m cooking. Her handwriting evokes so many memories; it’s very personal.

Then when my father in law died, I purchased two more boards as gifts for his sons, this time with a meaningful document written by him. I wasn’t there to see them unwrapped but I believe there were tears shed. These ones are now on display.
The quality of craftsmanship at twenty-seven is matched by the customer service, careful packaging and speedy delivery. I would always return to this company for similar products. Thank you Twenty-Seven!

I ordered a personalised birthday card and a silver plated chain for my wife's birthday and this is how it arrived. When I bought it to the company's attention, the response was it was is only silver plated so of course it will tarnish when it gets wet!! Perhaps they should be more careful with their storage as it must have got wet before they dispatched it. A poorly produced card which was folded out of square and a chain that is absolute rubbish. All for the princely sum of £13.50. Beware
