Absolutely do not go to this place—ever! The bouncers were unbelievably rude and aggressively denied entry to me and my friends just because two people in our group were wearing sneakers (which is funny because there were multiple groups of others exiting the club wearing sneakers). We talked to the head promoter and that hypocrite was also wearing white sneakers… The bouncers were harassing us and honestly it was borderline racist. Imagine at least 6 tall men above 6’0 talking down and telling 5 girls to be quiet and leave…. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs—find somewhere that actually knows the meaning of respect and inclusivity.

Been there last weekend even so is  January and some places are very quiet this period the place was full ,good music good atmosphere, fast service provided at the bar ,definitely coming back

We bought tickets but the bouncers would not let us in. They said we wear sneakers, while we saw so many white guys wearing sneaker who were let it. This is racism and sexism. Do not support a corporate like this.

Given that the whisky selection here (in what used to be Cuba Norte) doesn't look to have significantly increased the name change seems odd, even if it is trying to ape the London club of the same name for whatever reason. The Hogmanay tasting menu looks nice though and at £30 per head is probably good value for money. Otherwise £3.95 for a pint of Sagres struck me as daylight robbery. The day to day menu certainly covers all the traditional bases of Scottish cuisine and is probably worth a re-visit to sample it. The cocktail menu is likewise appealing in both variety and price.
