Great Fun and Physical Exercise the High Zip Lines were a favourite!
Would recommend if you have belongings to bring your own little padlock and key as they don't lock belongings on site. We had to pay for a padlock from reception (which was rubbish and expensive and have no use for it now).
Staff are great and you could definitely spend a good part of the morning/afternoon here.

One for the books and a day my friends and I will remember! We loved every second of our time at gripped London. The adrenaline, the heart racing, laughter and cries was everything.

Highly recommend opting for a full day pass so, you can enjoy the adventures to the max: from leap of faith to scary slides and zip trek.

This is definitely one of the advanced outdoor theme parks in London IMO, I’ve tried others and was left wanting more. Whereas with Gripped, you really do leave feeling WOW! We did that, I’m awesome, I’m alive (thank God) and with incredible memories.

Great day out. We spent so long on the high rope course, choosing the harder left line. High up in the trees. Completely safe. Fun but might be a bit hard for some who might be better suited for the easy course. Zip lines are excellent and probably the best event in the park in my opinion. Cafe and toilets on site, payment is card only. Please note it’s a ULEZ and Congestion charge zone.
Bonus in the same site is also golf range and kids indoor soft play with cafe and small animal zoo that’s pretty good. Pay for your car park at the machine when you leave.

This was the best high rope experience I have ever done. I think we got lucky with how busy it was.....because it wasn't at all. We didn't really have to queue for anything. We got a great groupon deal on the all inclusive option.
What I liked - it was high enough to be fun. But low enough to not scare me completely. I think having undergrowth helps!! I had to go on with my youngest 2 as they are under 15 - do check the age restriction for each activity.
The staff were are really friendly and helpful.
The zip trek was worth the entrance price alone. This was something we had never come across in the UK before.

We had an amazing time at Gripped! My husband and I got the All-Inclusive Pass, which was a fantastic deal as it included five activities.

•	Zip Trek – This was easily our favourite! The combination of zip lines and obstacle bridges made for a thrilling experience, the bridges weren’t too challenging. For beginners, I highly recommend starting with Zip Trek before attempting the High Ropes. My only issue was that some of the zip landings weren’t very accessible for shorter people.

•	High Ropes – There are two courses: “easy” and “hard”—but honestly, they should be called “hard” and “harder”! Even on the “easy” course, there were multiple route options with diff difficulty levels, I still found it quite challenging. The zip landings here were even trickier since you have to grab the breaker pads and pull yourself onto the platform.

•	Speed Slides – Absolutely exhilarating!

•	High Ropes 2 & Net Park – We were so exhausted after High Ropes 1 and Zip trek that we had to skip these, but they looked like great fun.

Other things we loved:
-      The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, guided us well and were making sure we were ok throughout the experience
-      Well maintained toilets on-site
-      Ample and reasonably priced parking
-      Restaurant and snack stands for refreshments

The location is fantastic as well, with a golf course and Hobbledown Heath (an indoor/outdoor play area for kids  with animals and birds) nearby—so there’s something for everyone. Overall, a perfect day out, and we’d highly recommend it!
