Awesome Japanese restaurant to visit with a group. Excellent variety on the menu so that and it's mainly small plates so you get to try a few different items. Particularly liked the Calamari, Soft Shell Crab rolls and Seared tuna.

Very quick friendly service as well. We ordered a lot of items but they all started coming out very soon. Prices were fair for the quality and portion sizes.

We came for dinner as a group of six and found both the service and food to be inconsistent. With a 50% discount, it was acceptable but I wouldn't be entirely satisfied at full price. We shared the salmon tartare (the sauce on it was too sweet), the sashimi plate (ok but didn't feel this was that fresh), salmon (well cooked but too salty), karaage fried chicken (not bad), pork belly (nice), chicken thighs, miso aubergine (great), umami cauliflower (sauce on it was too sweet), hispi cabbage (nice), wagyu bavette (tasty), truffle miso short rib (could not taste the truffle but liked it), for the sushi, we got the green chilli tuna, salmon avocado, chirashi, salmon den miso roll, soft shell crab tempura roll and the spicy tuna dragon roll which were all average unfortunately. There were forgotten drinks and the service wasn't very attentive.

Delicious food, fabulous service, great atmosphere.

We got the Izakaya Unlimited meal option, which had unlimited sides and small plates. We tried every veg option and it was all good but the gyozas were the best! The drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic very amazing, but the Hibiscus Mar-Tea-Ni was my favourite. The Yuzu Posset for dessert was a nice way to end the meal.

We were served by Shamanie who was very cheerful, prompt, and even encouraged us to try more sides and small plates when we weren't sure if we could eat more 😁. We're definitely coming back again!
