Great old music & event venue. Sound and lighting for gigs is very good, & small enough that most will have a good view of the raised stage. Thankfully they've kept a lot of the original architectural features inside too, which gives it a lovely ambience.

One of our favourite venues. Great place, beautiful room with terrific, friendly staff. Their access support is outstanding. I’ve been there several times with my disabled son Max, and they always look after us so well. Our most recent visit was to see our amazing friend Kyle Daniel put on an absolutely fantastic show there.

Top intimate live music. I saw Ian Moss there on a Friday night. The atmosphere was electric and the venue surroundings are authentic. Mainly standing only but there were a couple of reserved seats on the balcony for invalid and disabled people to enjoy the show but everyone else on the floor in front of the stage was standing which is what a concert should be anyway - I'd definitely go again!

Great venue for smaller shows & bands. We had a private party. Staff were uniformly excellent. Nice terrace and upper bar with stage views. Toilets a bit rough.
