Well-managed student accommodation in general, there’s always someone onsite. There is gym and study space, room facilities are average but acceptable. The only issue is the slow shower drain.
Bus stop and underground station in 5 min walk and Caledonian park right around the corner.

This accommodation is allow you to smoke weed and cigarette in building.

Noise and weed & cigarette smell always wake you up at late night, even though, you have to test tomorrow.

The dirty kitchen is normal daily life including stealing kitchen equipments, ingredient and other stuffs.

However, calling securities to investigate the problems frequently, sending numerous emails to notice these issues and also giving up to deal with the problems and requesting to transfer the room to get better environment that not effecting your health, mental health and your study, all of these is useless.

Meeting doctors to treat your mental health and also your respiratory system like me is the compulsory thing that you should to have, if you want to live here.

More than 3 months that I have been living here, the best time for me is when I didn’t live in my room which having to pay more than £360/week to get toxic experience.

Some management team didn’t do nothing. They are expert in ignorance and let you to face the problems by yourself.

For expected students who love to smoke weed & cigarette in building and like to live in slum and noisy place and like to annoy other, this accommodation is match to your lifestyles.

Anyone can freely enter your room and eat chips without your consent, the apartment is a playground for cockroaches and silverfish, it smells like a weed grow-op, and the staff seems to be deeply affected by procrastination. Truly a perfect apartment. Hope you enjoy it.

I am staying here for my second year and the experience has been fab in general. The staff is helpful and maintence requests are usually resolved in a timely manner. The reception is also friendly - Denise, Issac and Lola and just among many of them who have offered their help and hospitality.

Look no further if you are finding a hassel-free student living experience close to campus.

Racist!

Lady staff who work at the reception (not black people) is always rude for everyone who can't speak English well, coming from other countries especially Asia and also age. Moreover, she didn't even listen to Asian people and didn't help anything including her in charge and she just said that couldn't do anything.

This is international student accommodation why they decided to hire staff who have terrible perspective like this to work here.

Anyone who is looking for accommodation, please consider carefully to live here. If you don't wanna face this problem like me, you should go to other places that are better.
