I recently visited this fantastic bar and was thoroughly impressed. The cocktails were amazing, each crafted with precision and creativity. Great music.
The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, adding a personal touch to the experience.

The atmosphere was fun and vibrant, perfect for a night out with friends. Best of all, it wasn’t pretentious at all—just a laid-back, welcoming vibe. Highly recommended!

Well i havent got the greatest experience in my life.i ve been there in new years!
The security at the frond door was really kind and polite. He checked our id's and let us in.
The lady at cloakroom was polity smilling and kind also.
The music was awful.  The speakers was screaming with parasitism noise and the sound was really really bad. The playlist was ok but not perfect. The dj's changes of songs was decent.
The barman wasnt polite 😕! I want to give 2 stars but i really love the paintings at the walls and this is why you earn another star.
The toilets havent got paper even when the lady was there  and then she ask me to tip her 5 pounds. Not properly at all.

Had an unreal night out at Dolces on Saturday. DJ was playing some absolute bangers and the staff were such a vibe and absolutely fabulous, particularly Victoria (guarding the loo), Joni, Maria, Marlin, Aline and Genti. Will definitely be back!!

came a cross this place after dinner in south ken. the venue was small but very comfy.  crowd , music was nice. Prices very reasonable for the area. Great night, definitely will be going back

I would’ve given it 4 stars if it wasn’t for how unnecessarily cold/rude the service staff are with everyone!

The only staff that had a positive/welcoming/professional attitude were the lady at the cloakroom and woman in the bathroom that sells lolly’s etc, the bar man that was serving all night - I never got their name, but they were there on the night of 27 Jan.
The rest had a poker face and attitude like they hate their job or stressed!
If the boss is reading this - usually a good solution to this is training/higher pay or more staff to support them.
A positive attitude makes such a difference because the energy rubs off on people, I saw 6 people leaving (I stayed) because they thought it wasn’t worth spending and dealing with this attitude in such a small venue and I agree, for this reason I won’t be coming again either
