We had a very good experience at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean and beautiful rooms, Nespresso coffee machine in the rooms and a good gym. Very attentive house keeping.

Notable also the POTUS bar and restaurant. Good selection of breakfast buffet and a la carte items, they run with the American president theme also with some creative appproach to the drinks in their bar. I enjoyed the food here, from breakfast to dinner and drinks. The service is very attentive and friendly and Nabil is simply amazing.

Everything is walking distance, there are also serveral bus lines close by.

I have stayed here now a few times. From one night to a whole week and I was never disappointed. The rooms are spacious for London, absolutely clean and comfortable. The view from the upper floors river facing windows is beautiful.
The staff has always been friendly and very welcoming, no matter the time of day I checked in.
A lot of sightseeing spots are reachable by walking, so for me it is also a good spot for a weekend trip.
The fish and chips are exactly to my taste. I try to get them each time I am staying there.
I can’t say much about the breakfast, as I don’t eat in the morning, but the coffee is good.

Great location close to everything I wanted to do and within walking distance to central London.  Service was very good but upon check in and several times I had to remind them  that I had purchased a bed and breakfast package, each time I went to eat breakfast I was told my name was not on the list, this was a little annoying. I was able to show my booking on my phone and front desk did find it after double checking. I would definitely stay here again. I thought it was good value for the location. London is expensive in general.  Rooms were great! Clean and I had a lovely river view. There was easy access to public transit. The tube is within walking distance and there’s a bus stop almost in front of the hotel easy to walk across the bridge to visit Tate Britain and many sites are within walking distance. As a Hyatt loyalist, this is now one of my favorite hotels. The hotel porter/doorman was especially awesome and very helpful.  I will return.

Wonderfully appointed hotel with fantastic staff located just across the Thames and easy walking distance to Big Bend and other London underground stops. Very comfortable rooms and nice Showers. Would gladly visit again.

We loved our time in London at Hyatt Albert Embankment.  Our stay was very restful and comfortable with great views and a convenient location.  Ramona at the front desk took great care of us as well as Taher who was always helpful in assisting with booking tickets and tours.  Also, Jason provided wonderful service in the bar.  We really enjoyed our stay, thanks to each of you for making it extra special!
