Excellent location, hotel run very professionally. Smells nice and great views. Henry made the whole check in process trouble free even though we booked at last minute.  Hats off to Henry who also took care to check if there are room with good views for us. Pool is nice and breakfast is good. Hotel sevice is great.  Overall one of best London stays.

Alba was an exceptional host, both attentive and thorough in her explanations. She made sure we understood every option clearly. The coffee was beautifully presented, and despite it being early, everything was prepared for excellent service. We were quite hungry and left completely satisfied. The food was served at the perfect temperature, and we were served quickly. Without a doubt, we’d come back again.

Fantastic hotel. In a great location there is a tube nearby. It's a 25 minute walk from bkackfriars and it's a great walk from the south bank. Once we got to the hotel there is great bars and service was easy. There is also a cloakroom and we had dinner in the conference centre. The food was great considering how many people were there. The staff kept the alcohol going and service was great.
The toilets were spotless and looked after well. Great hotel to book I would recommend.

Her thoughtful gesture of a gift for our little princess was truly heartwarming and made our day extra special.

The hotel itself is a fantastic place to stay—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. But it’s the outstanding hospitality from staff like Mariana that sets this place apart. If we could give more than 10 stars, we would! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

Alba’s service was outstanding—polite, friendly, and with a fantastic attitude. She took the time to explain everything clearly. The café is charming, with fair prices. We absolutely loved the coffee and fresh pancakes. We’ll definitely be back, especially since it’s so close to one of our favorite spots in the city. If the sky is clear, you can enjoy breakfast with a beautiful view of Big Ben through the windows.
