Everyone always mentions the great location, nice rooms and good service. I found the concierge service to be exceptionally impressive. Ellis and Stephanie were so helpful to me walking me to the door and pointing out the best routes for me to take. Ellis made sure I got a table at a nearby pub. Kudos to to your concierge service!

Stayed here on vacation 2 weeks- one week planned and an additional week unplanned due to closure of Heathrow airport. Amazing staff and service. We had the family room which is two joint hotel rooms super spacious two bathrooms and the rooms were big!

Room service is delicious order the chicken fingers! And the restaurant downstairs has delicious burgers 10/10 stay. So close to everything- we walked everywhere from this location.

Will probably stay here every time we’re in London. If you happen to be outside during sunset the bridge/scenery is beautifully pink and colorful.

Extremely helpful staff.  Our room was a king side and was very spacious. They even provided an additional sleepy area for our 7 years old son, which I ended up sleeping on it and my husband and my  son slept on the bed.

Everything about this experience was great. The room was really nice, small and cozy but clean and well kept. The front desk staff, immediately upon arrival, was really quick to check-in, even early, and helped with our bags. I really enjoyed the bar and restaurant in the hotel. Drinks were great and staff at the restaurants were really welcoming, warm and informative. Location was really conveniently places to many bus station and the tube. Super convenient to get around and navigate. There were also local grocery, coffee, and bar shops nearby that we went to within walking distance. I would recommend this as a prime place to stay. Also, the music was GREAT! Every day I found myself sitting in the lobby to just vibe to the music.

checking in and out was a shocking experience. Kept deposit for over a week and charged me for an extra room and following up with any one to assist afterwards was beyond frustrating. Such a shame as the rooms are nice and enjoyed the 12th Knot bar and service there but won’t go back. I have stayed several times at this hotel and reception always been an issue. There are a lot of staff here but honestly no one i felt was overly competent or wanting to assist us !
