Food is delicious, well-presented and well-priced. The hummus is delightful and the mushroom skewers were great. Really loved my meal here, everything is fresh and super healthy. Really cool, minimalist decor too. Nice selection of songs on the playlist too.

An amazing experience food wise. Perfect spot for celebrating a special occasion.
We went for dinner, our table was delayed by 10 minutes, so we went around for a walk because there was no availability to sit even for a drink. Because of this delay the service was a little bit fast, bringing the food almost with no interruption between finishing one and starting the other. Considering that the dinner menu is very big, by the end of it we were stuffed, especially because the portions are quite generous. In fact, as we were sitting at the counter we saw a lot of food waste, which was a bit sad. In our case we were able to get through pretty much everything but had absolutely no space left for dessert, which was a pity as I was very curious to try it. But overall a wonderful food experience and I'd go back in a blink of an eye.

Some dishes were great, but most were quite simple and uninnovative (particularly for the price). Highlights were the hummus with burnt butter and mushroom skewers.

We had to send back the squash as it was severely undercooked (almost raw and very crunchy!) - we had requested for it to just be cooked abit more so we could enjoy it, but when we later asked where the dish was they had “thrown it away” as they thought we didn’t want it, and the overall tone was quite rude. We also got kicked out really quickly for the next table - if you are going to serve a multi course menu, you need to allow enough time to consume the food. The person who took our payment also got the final amount wrong and split the bill in 2, when there were 3 of us dining.

Overall not impressed with the food and experience, there’s much better restaurants serving a similar type of cuisine.

I would never normally opt for vegetarian meals out but Bubala has swayed me. Great value for money for a large multi-course meal (arrive hungry). The oyster mushrooms and the pumpkin dish were standout favourites.

Only critique of the service would be starters all coming too quickly and then the halloumi much later on its own.

Always they surprise me with fantastic menu and service! I really love the vibes of upstairs as more mellow and the ground floor is more vibrant, but both amazing !
