Great fish restaurant with fun takes on fish dishes such as the hake garlic kiev. The starters croquettes were great, the oysters were fun - we preferred the buffalo one to the pickled. The kiev and the crab curry fish cake were lovely, but the main star was the big white fish main with a chicken sauce full of flavour and mushrooms. The Guinness mash was a fun side dish, and the sticky toffee madelins were a must order and a nice ending.

Nice restaurant, with a cool interior. The food was good, my only point would be that I was excited to taste the fish and seafood, but the flavors were dominated by the different sauces which were really good but I was just missing that taste of the sea I was craving. The portions are not huge so expect to order multiple plates. Not in the pictures but madeleines were delicious!

Had dinner here and most of the dishes were delicious.

I generally like to taste oysters with their delicate flavors - the amount of dressing our 1/2 dozen oysters had seemed to want to cover it up. The jalapeño seaweed lime dressing was delicious, but made it hard to fully enjoy the oyster. I did not appreciate the buffalo-style oyster - the price per piece was expensive considering all you taste is the delicious breading, buffalo sauce and ranch dressing - find yourself a dish buffalo wings for the same price.

Standouts were the brown crab (dip) with celery and radish (they need to provide more dippers); the trout tartar; and sea bream. The sticky toffee madeleines was tasty but vanilla mascarpone didn’t stand up to the toffee.

Service was mixed, friendly and slow at times - certainly some servers were more experienced than others.
